I bought from this family-owned rug business in 2011. I bought 4 room-sized rugs for an amazing price. The rugs are very good quality and beautiful. 6 years later, I moved those rugs to different areas of the house and wanted new rugs for the main living areas. I made my 2nd trip to Mall of Georgia rugs and purchased 3 new room rugs and 2 runners. The customer service provided by this family is amazing. 2 of the 3 room-sized rugs I recently bought were too small; my mistake. I called the store and they brought in the size I needed within one day. Most, important, they remember me, remember my rugs, and made sure I have everything I needed to make my home beautiful. I'll go back and highly recommend this store.
